We are the only distributor you can blindly rely on.
We have come up with a refund policy that can guide you through out the buying process. You are requested to review the refund policies.
Have a look at our return and refund policies:
- We consider that all sales are final unless the goods are described in the wrong way on the manifest.
- We will accept all claims such as shortage, damage, defective goods, or shipment errors only when they will be made within 3 business days after receipt of shipment.
- The determination of condition will be at our best discretion. Our culpability shall be limited to the actual value of the materials.
- Once an order has been paid, it is not possible for us to cancel that particular order and arrange a refund against it. Since our supply is subject to our customer demand, we would not be able to arrange a refund for an order that has already been paid.
- Kindly note that we will not be able to take any responsibility if any item is or may get prohibited to sell on Amazon or similar platforms. The same policy is applicable when an item is restricted to send to FBA.
- Once an order is placed and an inventory is purchased, immediately we order that particular inventory from our suppliers. That’s why it’s not possible for us to take any responsibility if the price drops on popular e-carts like Amazon. The same policy is applicable if the product listing doesn’t perform well on the concerned platforms.
